Anyone else have problems staying connected to games?

Alright I have over 400 online games. I can honestly say I never quit any games on APF or 2K5, ever. Out of over 400 online games, I have around 20 disconnects and zero quits. Every single one of my disconnects is from my connection going out from anywhere from 2 seconds to 20 seconds at a time. I don't know if it's my ISP or my router or what. I played 3 games today. My connection went out on 1 game right before kickoff..I get negative feedback. Two other games today, my connection went out right after big plays my opponent made. Of course they are going to think I am pulling the plug and yep, I got negative feedback from them too. I usually send out a message before kickoff to every opponent telling them about my crappy connection and if we get disconnected, its not me doing it. Most people say no problem, but I occassionally get the "oh yeah right. You are just saying that incase you start to lose."

Alright I'm rambling. My point is, if you play me and we get disconnected, leave me neg. feedback if you really want to but I never quit or pull the plug. I have 1 choice of an ISP (charter) where I live and the speeds are good but the connectivity goes in and out spuratically thoughout the day. I called charter and told them and all I get is sorry for the inconvenience.

Anyone else get disconnected frequently? I get that count down screen a lot during gameplay. sucks Over 400 games online and my FB was around 98% but with the disconnects (which I don't do *&$*$*#!!!), it's at 93% now.
