You have to have College hoops 2k4 and simulate a season. after the season they will ask you to view the players leaving and give you an option to export them onto your memory card. After that you have to finish a season on the nba game. During the offseason they will give you an option to import the rookies. The rookies dont come out right though. They have on headbands and half of the time the announcers cant even say there names even if it is a simple one like harris.
