Who would make a Better Chise Team?

Ok, I am starting out in NCAA Football.I want to make it like a closed legacy.You know, start from the bottom and work your way up.So Ive got a list of teams and could use some advice on who to start my coaching career with.Any advice is welcome.

I was thinking Temple but Louisiana Monroe and Lafayette have never been to a bowl game

I live about 20 miles from it but I never go to their games because they suck

I may try conneticut.A two star team that may have issues winning the east.

Also, i left out Kent State.They havent been to a bowl since 1972
