because now iam eliminated and nobody played their game and i was ranked higher than the kid i was supposed to play. So how did i get eliminated because last night we agreed we would play tonight. So what happened how did these get determined

"Contestants are recommended to be online in their connected console platform and ready to play their opponent 15 minutes prior to the published match time. If a contestant is not online on their connected console platform 15 minutes after the published Online Playoff match time, they may forfeit the match. To report a no-show, use the contact form on the website. The administrator will confirm that your opponent is not available for play before awarding you the win. A false no-show claim will result in immediately disqualification from the tournament."
