If you read all the other threads, which you've replied to some of them, you would have read that for some reason they were unable to make sim settings.

What a farce these settings are for this tournament. I was completely off my game with these settings and got spanked to someone who used every exploitable cheesy move this game has to offer. I have a respectable replutation and play a fair game of hockey online. What a disgrace to the game to have such novel childish gameplay for such a great opportunity to go to the all-star game. I love the game of hockey and its completely unfortuante that we were advised all along what the settings were to be then they change last minute. I can completely understand technical difficulties, but to have competitors practice with settings that should mirror the competition, then have them change, somehow does not capture the spirit of hockey in the least.

Good luck to all the cheese balls that think they're really competing, when really. you're just a disgrace to hockey.

I agree, however, it doesn't matter what settings you play, if it was sim they'd still score those goals, its a flaw in the game i don't think programmers have ever been aware of, since many of those goals are the same as 2K3.

i must have miss it, i figure i ask the TA and he answer was yes to sim settings, so i didn't think i would have to check again. it would have been better to have a post started by the TA on this topic. its not like i'm mad or anything, it just more of a pain, cause i never played default before so there was no way i was going to make it far. all i can say now is i hope 2k learns from this, you want the best players to promote your game as hockey, not watch 2 people do the same move the whole game at the allstar game. being the best in default setting is like saying, i'm the best boxer if he doesn't face me.

Sorry for this sudden change and this will not happen again in future tournaments.
