TA what is going on?

Alright my opponent i didn;t know i had to play at 5:00 et, as i didn't get the 2k email prior to last time i checked email yesterday,i still though it was at 8:00 et and just the round was moved one day ahead due to the freezing issues, so i got told on msn the tournament opponent is on lobby so i ran and quickly got there at about 7:01 i got to advanced lobby so he's telling me that i forfeited the match cause i didnt show up prior to 5:20, i mean i am trying to play, he is in the lobby saying i forfeited and said gg
I believe the point of emailing an opponent is to try and get into contact with the opponent so the match can be played but apparently he keeps insisting i forfeited.

Secondly, yesterday i had to wait 8 mins for him till 9:08 and was there at 8:57,so we tried to play and our game froze then i played a game and made my thread yesterday about our gamee freezin,so i played a lobby game and after the game i saw you just posted a response to my thread three mins after my game was done so i went back to lobby to play and then he's like why didn't you play after it froze, and i said because i was waiting for a reply from you on my thread regarding our freeze.

Anyway to me this is a easy way out kind of guy using the appear offline as a tactic to maybe fool an opponent,so T.a i am still on this lobby and he is sitting there , and he doesn't want to play me and i am recording so what should i do?

These are the emails,and right now in the lg lobby he told me he has bee waiting for me since 12 est since he had family matters, it is not my fault that he has been waiting for me since 12 est, that is his sole action no one told him to wait since 12 est for me, so anyway that i'm checking time i got on around 6:51 i believe but still, just cause he types more correctly and makes his story sound good doesn't mean it's true, but whatever it's up to the t.a to decide if we shall play or not.

Yo man i got nearly the same kinda messsages. He said he couldn't play later cuz of his wife. Like exactly the same, coincidence? Thats really weird man. I should've said i can't play later cuz i got **** to do today, and some stuff i didn't get done. I can't believe that guy tried to pull that on you tho man thats lame.

yea oh well, he seemed shady to me since he uses the appear offline option and won't play anyone with a good record uness he is called out, and yes you should've layed the hammer on him, but hey you learn lessons every day right.
