I popped in 2k5 for the first time on the 360 today. Did anyone else notice how SLOW the game runs? I don't remember it running THAT slow. It felt horrible and didn't seem like the same game I played a year ago. Plus both games I played got a network error early in the game.

At first I thought the first game might have been a bad connection but the second was the same way. Is it because I am on the 360 or was 2k5 that crappy?

I for one am glad 2K5 is playable on the 360 now. I liked 2K8 over Madden for sure but I missed the NFL and the deep franchise mode. It is a little slower and the players look skinny but overall, it is still the best football experience.

I played one game online and it was atrociously slow.

I played a couple offline (with the 360 set to 480p) and it did run nicely.

Thanks ,I'll try that. I miss the leagues and drafts we used to do for the leagues. Would't mind going back to 2k5 but it would be hard trying to play two different games. I don't want to give up APF because it can be a better game when played right.
