Start recruiting early and often. Find out who is interested in you as a freshman, sophomore, junior, and then senior. Its good to get those 5 star recruits but pay attention to potential as a 3 star with high potential can often be better than some of the 4 star recruits after 4 years or so. if you continually pay attention to who you are recruiting it helps and just because they say 100% or 95% you need to look at which schools they are wanting to go to because i have been like 96% thinking i'm going to get them for sure with like 2 weeks left in recruiting then notice i'm like 3rd on their list.

E-mail's are huge...they always seem to get you that extra percent you need.
