MLB 2k8 sliders

I just hope I don't have to spend freaking hours upon hours working on the sliders for this years game! I mean honestly, do you guys remember how bad last years sliders were? I tried to play 2k7 a couple of weeks ago and I got on here to find the sliders that I used to use and there were a million different ones! I remember that NJPapi1977 had some good ones, but there should be no need for everyone to have to change the sliders in the game. Don't get me wrong, I like that they are there, but I don't want to have to change them or suffer the consequenses and have the game be unplayable. There has never been another sports game that I have had to change the sliders for like 2k7. Never.

I agree...I never understood why all 4 default settings had to be unrealistic.


The Legend setting should be the most realistic experience you can get.I don't really care how the first three settings play...They should at least give us one(Legend) so that we don't have to spend days/weeks messing with the sliders ourselves.

legend setting pretty much is the computer is gonna hit a homerun everytime u make a pitch in the strike zone

they should create a sim setting where most games will be a normal game 5-2 2-0 every now and then if your team heats up iam saying this from a season standpoint u will win 10-2 there need to be more ground outs i tihnk in the game and there shouldnt be more then like 2-3 homers a game on and onc eina blue moon u hit more then that

If they implement downloadable sliders like the Show did last year then it probably wouldnt be such a big deal. I hear that NHL this year had something called "2k Share". Hope they implement this going foward.

If this game is developed properly, there shouldnt be sliders. However, I feel there will be only because the user can tailor the game to their liking. I am a slider contributor as well, so its not like I dont like helping, but its kind of a part time job and I just dont have time for that anymore.
