What does the RS stick (bottom jot stick) do?

Can someone tell me the controlls. I hit it back right before I was ganna get tackled and spun off, but then I jucked and got tackled at the 1 YARD LINE!!! So can someone tell me the controlls of it. Like which direction does what. Up, left, right, down, diagonal

If you press up on the RS stick, you will do a shake-and-bake move.
Down does a stop move, and right and left both do jukes.
