I've searched and searched, but couldn't find some guys' abilities.

Do these seem right to you? Keep in mind that I want them to be as realistic and true to life as possible. I don't want to make them what they were not.

Michael Irvin (Bump Buster, Possession Receiver, Tough In Middle)
Sterling Sharpe (Route God, Soft Hands, ???)
Tim Brown (Soft Hands, ???, ???)

I'm using Tim Brown in the UFL league over at www.2kfootballstrategy.com. Take a look at this page: http://www.2kfootballstrategy.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=124&start=0

There are a LOT of historical players on that page with their given abilities. We're working on adding a player database to the website. It will contain all of the Legends in the game, all of the current NFL players, and historical players as well. (will be well after the Christmas holidays before it's complete)

Do you guys think my Michael Irvin CAP is legit?

I already made him, but he doesn't play as physical as he did in real life. I put him to the test against Night Train in Bump-n-run, but he always got off the line slowly.

I really don't know how to make him more physical without sacrificing tough in middle or possession reciever.

this is my micahel irvin:

strength bonus, bump buster, clutch, mr. 3rd down, soft hands

hes pretty good and lives up to being the playmaker

try giving him strength bonus theres no way hes gona play like he did in real life in this game, he wasnt in the game to begin with so no offensive pass interfernce

titan_matt, is your jim bronw a fb? mine is and hes just absurdly slow.. i had to give him finesse&power to get him up to speed. i gave him

F&P
strength bonus
quick feet
workhorse
stamina

but hes a soso gold and cant really break nearly as many tackles as earl campbell let alone shaq

Tim Brown: Route God, Tough in the Middle, Soft Hands for 3 abilities (Clutch, Kick Return, Leadership for 5)

He is #2 in receiving yards only behind Jerry Rice so they should play very similar for 5 abilities just subbed out break away burst for Tough in the Middle or you can sub out clutch or leadership for Kick Return.

Does my Fred Taylor seem right???
Speed, Quick Feet, Finesse

Why hasn't Freddy made the Pro Bowl yet? He has like over 10,000 yards rushing already. IMO hes one of the better backs ever to play.

Most underrated player of his generation. He's the Running Back version of Rod Smith.

He's got over 10,000 yards and he's missed the equivalent of 2 full seasons worth of games due to injuries for his career. That's what kills him perception wise as much as anything

I know, he is so good. Did you see him tear up Pittsburgh?
