Pitching inside in the Majors is important......

I would love to see a pitcher be able to BRUSH BACK and or KNOCKDOWN a hitter.

Perhaps with this feature a ratings JUMP or DECREASE may happen with the hitter.

EX: If the hitter is brushed back there may be a Slight increase or decrease in his contact.If the hitter is knocked downed maybe the increase or decrease in his contact is more dramatic..

Also you could have a Brushback/knockdown rating for pitchers.

EX:not all picthers are good at or willing to throw inside...some pitchers with a low rating may hit the batter or throw a wild pitch...other pitchers with a high rating will succsefully brushback or knockdown the player....To use this option would be a slight risk as a picther....but depending on who you have on the hill...the score..all things considered...would add a flavor of realism to the game if done right.

That is a good idea, I would always come inside on a tough hitter just to see how he reacted, sometimes he would bare down and sometimes he would give up the inside corner. Smart thinking outside of the box.

This is a great idea....to expand on the risk vs reward aspect of it. Throwing inside...should give the hitters a better ability to hit the inside pitch...cuz they are looking there...while it would diminish there strength on the inside portion of the plate.

not the worst idea, all i know is they should have it like the show u get beaned in the head 1 out of every 4 times and your done for 2 games with a concussion haha man id kill a rod and ManRam every at bat
