yea i saw the screens and they kinda dont look all that "GREAT" i mean the crowd still looks like total uber **** instead of just uber **** and the player r on no way the same level as even the 2k7 screenshots whiched look like gold when they first came out so yea i was hoping they looked good but nope imo

Those picks are of taveras and granderson. taveras looks really good, but the crowd looks awful.

Yes but unlike 2k7 this game plays real baseball. I'll take a little subpar graphics over the horrible gameplay 2k7 offered last year. I like 2k and intend to buy both games but this is it for me and the 2k baseball series if they don't step it up. You can't honestly tell me that 2k7 played anywhere near the quality of real baseball that the show 07 did. The graphics were great for 2k7 but the rest of the game was dissapointing. How many years can you take this from a company. Why is there basketball, hockey, and football products so far ahead of baseball. I mean they hold the rights to the MLB liscence - why get the rights and then put out a **** product year after year.

If you read the article on IGN with Brinkman, he talks about how the code for everything is the same stuff from like 2k2 or something, or he said it was really old. So its the old developers that messed it up. Brinkman is our only chance for this game to be saved. Trust me this will be the year that you play the game and be like wow...now this is the baseball game I want to play.
