I think i remember reading that the game engine Euphoria Natural Motion would be used in a boxing title. Could this be it? If so...WOW. This would definitely be a drastic leap in the video game industry.
If you aren't familiar with Euphoria try looking at the new football game Backbreaker.

WOW that would be something. In FN 1 They had RagDoll motion for the Knockdowns which would have been ok but they needed to be toned down. But this ENM THATS THE S**T.WHEN IS THAT fOOTBALL GAME COMING OUT?

That motion engine looks pretty impressive. In addition to the physics portion of the engine, I think it would help in the footwork area. Boxing games have always lacked realistic footwork for the fighters. The fighters usually either slide across the ring or hop across the ring instead of taking individual steps forward, backward or sideways. Those football players seem to have pretty realistic stepping motions.
Hopefully 2K will release some more info soon with some screenshots, trailers or just plain game information.

Yea he won't fumble that often, only the right hit and angle should cause fumbles....
