Just blitz linebackers up the middle and manually move the D-line closer together.

5-2 blitz, Hold the Lb button, press down on your control pad.
This will place both of your OLB right on top of the center, no way in hell that Qb sneak is going to work

Or another tactic is to blitz your MLB, and once the ball is snapped, dive, and you will either get the QB will knock the center down.

Thats a well known cheeser play though. Do it at your own discretion. Most people know how to do it so it hits the QB instantly 90% of the time.

might be a cheesers play but if they run the qb up the middle 3 or 4 times within the same quarter then when its fourth down im going to have a safety right there and blitz everybody i dont know how to tackle them to hit the qb 90 percent of the time but the way i do it at least they cant even get up the middle they might even lose one yard and thats it.

In a down lineman set use Pinch. If you're using Goaline defensive formation then use Submarine. You don't even have to show blitz most of the time. Only chance he'll have of running for a 1st down is if he hands the ball off to a gold RB with goaline dive ability and leaps over the pile.

Not so. I usually dive over the pile with my QB just fine. Picks up 4th and inches almost every time.

Cheese plays are plays that can't be countered. The 5-2 inside Blitz is beatable in many different ways so please don't call it cheese. I use 5-2 blitz on 3rd or 4th down with less than 2 yards, I also use it when someone has 4 WR's and goes 5 wide. If you want to throw all game and spread me out I will blitz the hell out of you. Please don't call this Cheese.
