The 1st time I saw the records reset was last week. The reseting of the records also came with an altercation to the sliders. I played 1 game with my record set at 0-0 and there were more injuries and fumbles than I've ever seen before. But now my record is at 0-0 some times, and sometimes it is at 114- 134. I'm not sure but I think this has a lot do to with the problem Microsoft is having with their servers. They are fixing their servers which are overwhelmed bcuz of all the new people online after Xmas.

My first match after the records reset I get the red rings again. Now my record is 0-1-1-0. LOL I hope best buy didnt sell out of the "Arcade bundle" console. It's like 279.00 I already have the hard drive so I just need to core. THe new Arcade console has the newest processor even more newer than the elite. I just read up on it.

Ugghhhh, I just got to 8-2, and they reset the records. Now I have to start all over for the 50 wins thing.

Actually it was a pretty terrible idea. All of the skill-less losers are out now trying to pad their ranks and see themselves in the top 100 for the first time. When I go into the lobby the feedback profile goes like this:

90-100% 1% of gamers
80-90% 10% of gamers
70-80% 30% of gamers
60-70% 40% of gamers
50-0% The rest

And if I can even manage a game with someone above 80 they are cheesing up the place, lagging me out, causing network errors, or just dropping/quitting outright when they lose (every single player I played tonight).

Furthermore, good luck getting anyone with a winning record to play you if you also have a winning record. Now that people think every game counts, no one will play a game unless they are pretty sure they will win. Come on people, get over yourselves. If you suck, in a month or 2 you'll be where you belong, and if you're good you also will be where you belong. So for all the EA newbies and general losers running your lame-*** cheese online, enjoy being ranked high now because it won't last long.

They say the cream rises to the top. Well the crap sinks to the bottom as well. Just give it time.

This has to be one of the worst ideas ever, not so much because of rank, but because of feedback.

As someone who's had the game since day one, maintained 90%-95% positive feedback, and refuses to play people under 80%-85% feedback, this reset is going to make it a lot harder to find good people to play.

The feedback is still there so don't worry about that part. So even though you may see someone with no record their feedback will still be there.

Actually guys 2K used to reset rank every month but now they've been slacking.

WHY? Go to lobby.... see someone over 85%.... play them.. ....I dont see the difference.

Hahaha! Now my PS3 isn't as laughable! ;)

The large majority of PS3 users are adults and PS3 opponents have been 99% straight up since the release date. With the $19.00 price drop and $9.99 sale before Christmas, there's actually 100+ people online now with 10+ in the lobby. Meanwhile the games are still straight up.. although it's probably dropped from 99% to 95%. :(

Why did they reset the records? If people quit playing, their record is removed already. I'm not much for record resets unless it's a true ladder, which they don't have...

2K needs to notify the community before they reset records. Deleting someones record, without any notification, is pretty cold hearted.
