E-74 ???????

i turned on my 360 and got 1 red ring instead of 3 and an error message came up on the screen that said E-74. anyone know what this is??? i already know its a hardware issue, but does anyone know exactly what the hardware issue is??? xbox customer support didnt say much, they're just gonna send me a box to ship the console out.

i've had that issue lately w/ the 1 red light. if i shut off my 360 and restart, it's fine. not sure what the issue is either but the weird thing is it only happens w/ my APF so there might be a scratch somewhere on it.
