Free Throw Glitch!?

I am not too sure what's happening but everytime I get 'Perfect Timing' I miss and everytime I get 'Bad (Very Late)' it goes in? I do not understand what is going on because my NBA 2K8 works just fine so is it CH2K8 in general or is my copy just disconfigured?

I have no clue. On NBA there is a glitch tho. I shot a free throw, didn't veven make it to the crease, lol.
