Anyone else found success with Rod Woodson on returning kicks?

I've played 2 games with him on legend difficulty(offline) and he has returned 3 kicks already! Anyone else found him useful in returning kicks?

There are better return-men than Rod (because he's so slow compared to some other guys), but you can still take one back with him because has has good agility and almost always breaks the first tackle.

On PS3 it is way easier to return KO's for TD's on legend. I had 3 in one game with Tony Canedeo

I'm on xbox 360 so I GUESS it is harder. What do you do to find success?

Yep, Canadeo is amazing at returns.

I'd say he's the best in the game, but to be honest, I haven't tried anyone in the Gold tier aside from Woodson.

If I had to guess, I'd say John Mackey would be the best.

The best tip for getting good returns is to wait for your blockers to make contact before you start sprinting, otherwise, they will not make it to their assigned blocks in time and you will be left vulnerable.

You're the first person I've heard to use Canedeo. Kudos.

I haven't really gotten many Woodson TDs... MAYBE one, but I may be misremembering.

I've had a few with Gale Sayers and a couple with a bronze WR... John Taylor, I think.

I used to get alot when I used Gale Sayers. I've run a few back with Ricky Sanders, one with Barry Sanders, and a punt with my CAP Deion Sanders.

I do good with the Sanders.

You're right about that. I'd put him at second for bronze wide receivers behind Rob Moore. Ricky Sanders has the clutch ability too, so he is always my go-to guy on third down.

I played someone who put Woodson at WR, and surprisingly, he caught like 2 passes and didn't drop them even though they were in traffic.

I played a guy that put Reggie White at wide receiver and, on the first play of the game, threw a bomb depp to him. And he caught it.

I have 17 kick returns and 2 punt returns online

I hate when the CPU puts the random players at kick return. I've had Butkus (MLB) and Jim Otto (Center) returning kicks.
