In 2k8 you can only email once per week
older version you can do it 5 times

However the once per week email on 2k8 has the same effect as the older versions' 5 emails per week

Pretty much what he said. Up to 2k7 it was where you could email every single day during recruiting process. This year they said it got repeatitive (although I would always use all 5 up on one day) so they cut it down to just one email a week. Don't know if it has an effect as 5 like before, but it really doesn't do that much help since it is worth 0 points a week. It does go up a little when used with other calls and such, but whoever saids they use 5 emails a week is just pulling your chain.
