I've been using him the past 3 games and he's a beast. Some people might call it cheese, but this dude has a beastly swim move when used manually. He's not that great against the run when it's coming right at him, but on sweeps and tosses, he's a really good.

What I've been doing is manually controlling him and 1st and 2nd down hopefully keeping the offense in long 3rd down situations. Then on 3rd downs I let the computer control him and let his "Clutch" ability come into play.

I played against TJSpeaks yesterday, who had Randy White, and he had 6 sacks by half time and he wasn't manually controlling him (not all sacks were from White though). White will take double coverage at times, allowing the other DT to come in untouched, especially if there is a LB blitzing that the Center has to pick up.

Yeah, thats why Albert Haynseworth is so valuable in real life. He just makes the whole defense function better.

Or Tommie Harris. Or Vince Wilfork. Or any good DT that demands double teams.

To prevent the opposing team from scoring.

Why not? For some reason I score more with just an all bronze team. Every time I have a Silver or Gold player on offense, I always seem to try and force them the ball instead of hitting the open man.
