There is a remote that isn't ours showing up on the screen where you select a remote and team. Does anyone know how to delete this new remote? Thanks!

The unidentified remote is on the screen where you pick your teams. I tried every remote to make the remote to go back. Can another remote from a different Xbox system end up on mine? Can you help me? Thank you so much!

I have a ps3 not a 360 but why don't you try shutting your 360 off & disconnecting all your accessories,ethernet cable,power brick & resetting your 360 controls

do you mean wireless controller? remote is confusing us, brownster asked for pictures, because he didn't want to say he doesn't have a clue what you are talking about. i don't have a clue.
