New to the game

hi everyone i just got this game today and was wondering if anyone had any tips to play good. Like running and passing. Do i stay in the pocket and don't pass while i am running for an accurate pass. or when running make sure to follow blocker's stuff like that. any tips would be great thank you.

Some good beginner tips:

Plant your feet before throwing. Best way to do this is not to even touch the left stick before throwing.

Be patient with the run game. Power backs are easier to use for beginners.

Learn how to use your defensive hot zones and learn how to use each zone correctly.

PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE... check out the sticky posts on offense and defense strategy. Unless you have a QB with scrambler ability, don't throw on the run, even with that ability, only Gold and silvers are accurate...
