English Returns to Home State
Charleston, SC
Today the Buccaneers hired former Tennessee Chattanooga assistant coach Rodney English. English will be the coach that brings winning to the buccaneers people are already saying. A native of Denmark, SC spent his college career playing for ETSU who are also the Buccaneers. When we interviewed him he was very happy that he is now a Buccaneer again. He assisted Coach John Shulman for two years and he also played under him at ETSU. We caught up with Coach English and here is what he had to say. "I'm very glad that I am back in South Carolina. I love the city of Charleston and will be a great place to raise my family. This team is very talented and I believe that I will be able to make this a winning program you just wait." Here is a look at the roster for the Buccaneers and * denotes probable starter.
