Can you still get achievments if you tweak the sliders, does anyone know?

If they're Cutoms Pro sliders, yes.
After adjusting my sliders (tweaked them by setting it to Pro first, and tweaked from there.) it says "Custom-P" in the upper right where is would normally say "Pro" or "All-Star" or whatever.
When it's a custom-P set of custom sliders, I still get any and all acheivements.
I can 100% confirm this.
I believe there are a couple of threads on this, but it was quicker to type this reply than to search for 'em and provide a link
