Does anyone know if it's somehow possible to adjust my sliders in the main menu and then have them apply to any franchise I start? I like to play with several different teams and I don't wanna have to do that over and over again every time I start up with a new team. I'm sure if there is something to do it's right under my nose and I'm just not seeing it like a moron... I have the 360 version btw.

If so, I haven't figured it out yet. I spent the time to re-do my sliders just to find they didn't transfer to a new Franchise either.

Here is how I got it to work:
Start a new Franchise (select any difficulty) and begin the first game. Then pause the game, go to Options and adjust the sliders in-game to how you want them for your Franchise. Then in the Options menu, go to Save Career, and save your Franchise, then finish the game.
Now every game you play in the Franchise will use those same custom sliders :)
You can also re-adjust the sliders at any time during the season, then Save Career, and your updated sliders will save as well and carry forward into your next game.
