freezing while picking pitchers in online leagues

could anyone give me any information iv had this problem for over 24 hours now it will not let me play my league games when we go to play them we click on the pitchers and it freezes

This also happens to my leagues. Someone mentioned something about your pitching rotation. So I modified it according to stamia, and it seemed to fix the issue. But now, the damn game freezes on the stadium select screen, so I cant win!
