25 year old Lexington Native Benjamin Correas played his College ball in University of Kentucky as a point guard over shadowed by the achievements of Rajon Rondo and Ramel Bradley he still came out a good PG and a one for the Kentucky History books, after a short lived NBA career he went on to Coach his former High School Henry Clay in Lexington, Kentucky, He spend just two years there before getting offered a fair amount of Jobs, He decided on going north east to Dartmouth, an Ivy League school. "Any Team that gets to face potentially seeded Cornell is worth a shot" Correas said in his press conference, Besides Cornell the Ivy League does not look as strong as the major or mid major conferences to be honest but we can Expect to see Correas build a good program and hopefully get a contract to a his dream job, The University of Kentucky head coaching job.

Haha the Oh God made me laugh. And with your big man, if he's tall, he'll do just fine. I almost did a Legacy with Dartmouth since it's the school talked about in the movie Super Bad, but I decided not to. Good luck though and I hope you get to Kentucky soon. I'll be following.

interesting point deuce, also, two legacies in the Ivy League are starting at the same time. Wildcat, maybe you should edit Princeton's coach to James Frizzell and Superjames' attributes and track him too. A little nerd rivalry

Don't have the game in front of me so I don't know what yr and how big is your team. Could you possibly post the year and size of each player on your roster? Personally I find that a PG with a overall # isn't all bad if he is quick and has decent ball handling skills and court awareness. Also you might consider playing with the positions and see if a player gets better or worse if you change a SG to PG or SF to PF ect... I had a C who was 6'8 and only a 60 overall but moved him to PF and he became a 62.

Media Day

Dartmouth Head Coach Benjamin Correas entered the press conference humming Dartmouth's fight song, He was followed by Junior Shooting Guard Devon Mosley, Jonathan Ball and Michael Giovacchini the only two seniors remaining in the Dartmouth Program, they took a seat and the reporters hands shot up in the air, Correas picked randomly and the questions started.

Dartmouth Times: First of all Welcome to Dartmouth Mr. Correas, my question is coming from Senior James Smith; What are your goals for this year? What do you have planned to improve the program?

Benjamin Correas: Thank You, um well of course we want to win Conference and get into the Tournament but Its very hard, We honestly just want to go above .500 and hopefully get into the Ivy League Tournament Finals.
I plan to spend my free time busting my hump scouting players with Great potential that are interesting in coming to Dartmouth, BCG told me that wouldn't be very easy.

Ryan Parker: My question is to Devon; How does it feel being the Captain when you are not even a senior? are you thinking NBA?

Devon Mosley: I'm not captain, Im co-Captain with Jon and Mike, but It is still a great feeling, an honor, um and about the NBA, I mean what college player, even high schooler doesnt think NBA when they start player, even kids that are 6 and just grabbed a basketball already think NBA, and that is a good mentality, you need it, but for now I am going to stay in school, get my degree and then we will see.

Dustin Gallegos: Michael, here Devon said you are co-Captain but you aren't even a starter, I mean you are a Senior and "co-captain" but you don't start? how does that work?

Michael Giovacchini: Now, Who plays and doesn't is not my choice, same as the captaincies, I am completely honored to be co-captain with two great players, and according to the coach I have great work ethic, heart and Leadership, Of course Playing is always nice, and I do understand I am a senior and its my last year but Whatever is good for the team I will do.

Dartmouth Times: Coach, how do you feel about your point guard? we were at a few practices and he doesnt look to confident...or good

Benjamin Correas: Marlon is a great ball handler and speedy, He reminds all of us of Speedy Claxton, but his confidence has been a bit down due to us running practice with Mike at Point Guard, Its my last decision to make before the start of the season, who to play at Point Guard, Marlon is a great guy but Mike brings leadership, heart and skill.

Chris Sharp: Can you tell us who are you leaning towards?

Benjamin Correas: "Laughs" You will have to wait until the first day like the Air Force.

Benjamin and his 3 co-captains got up and left.

The Big Green Traveled to Colorado to take on the Air Force in what promised to be a good, equal match up.

Michael Giovacchini came out as the starting Point Guard for the Big Green, who captured the ball, Mosley threw the first posesion away by turning it over,, the first minute went without points before the Air Force Small Foward Andrew Henke hit a mid-range jumper.
It wasn't until 5 minutes into the game that Dartmouth took the lead on an Assist by Michael Giovacchini to back up Power Foward Adam Powers.
Despite poor shooting by the big green and the 9 point margin the Falcons kept trying to stretch forcing turnovers the big green kept its head up and pulled back within 3 points with 6 minutes to go in the first half.
Coach Benjamin Correas was forced to call a time out after his team couldnt make a basket, with 4 minutes to go in the half Mosley took the rock and drove the lane and layed it up to give the Big green the lead.
With 2 Seconds to go in the first half back up Small Foward Robby Price attempted a buzzer beating lay up that got rejected by the Falcons Center, giving them the lead at half time 32-30.

Dartmouth shot 36% from the field in the first half compared to 41% from the Air Force, both team didnt do to hot from beyond the arc dartmouth going 2/12 and the Air force 3/13, the big green was perfect at the line going 4/4 while holding the Air Force to 1 of 2.
Mr. Correas made defensive and offensive adjusment for the second half that promised to be a great one.
Whatever new Coach Correas did in the locker room didnt work out for the first 5 minutes of the half, dartmouth made 1 field goal and went down 10 quickly, after calling a time out and yelling at his players to play defense the big green looked changed, Co-Captains Michael Giovacchini and Devon Mosley took over the game for Dartmouth, a couple of lucky breaks for Dartmouth and they were right back in it at 52 - 58.
After a few back and forth baskets the game was 62 - 58 Air force, the Falcons head coach decided to call time out and Benjamin Correas took it as an opportunity for some heart to heart with his players, however that didnt work out as planned as Dartmouth fell once again to a 9 point deficit at the hand of turnovers, Henke took over for the Air Force and made things harder on Coach Correas' team.
With 40 seconds to go Dartmouth attempted a comeback from a 6 point deficit and they started fouling, a steal from Michael Giovacchini and a teardrop layup made it a 4 point game and very much reachable, another steal and the game looked like it was going to be for dartmouth but a backcourt violation by Mosley shattered the players hopes, Co-Captain Michael Giovacchini fouled out as Anderson went to the line for a one and one, Robby Pride's missed 3 pointed and two made free throws by the Air Force looked to put the game away, but a quick three by mosley and a steal made it a 3 point game 71 - 74 sending the Air Force to the Line once again, with 5 seconds to go it was a 3 point game as Anderson looked to put it in the bag with two free throws.
Dismal shooting performance by dartmouth leads to a season opening defeat by 5 point away against a better shooting Air Force.

Player of the game Air Force Small Foward Andrew Henke with 30 points 6 Rebounds 2 Assists

Darmouth Player of the Game Devon Mosley with 25 points.

The Media caught up with Coach Correas as the team left the arena and asked him what he thought of the defeat and how the team looked.
"Im Quite Pleased with the way my guys played, Matt (Chisick) had a double double (10 14), Our shooting could have been better, especially behind the arc but thats basketball, you win some you lose some"

VMI vs Darmouth Big Green

Michael Giovacchini came out as starting point guard for the big green once again and looked to change their luck and head in the right direction.
The Big Green started as bad as last game with horrible shooting as the fell 0 - 6 in the first two minutes of play.
In the first five minutes VMI Held Dartmouth to 2 field goals and stretching their 6 point lead to 17 points, leading 22 - 5, Correas called a time out and called for Defense!
Struggling Dartmouth had 7 fouls in the first 8 minutes of the game, sending VMI to the line with 7 minutes to go.
Correas is seen strolling up and down looking for some response from his team that could be declared legally dead, getting blown out 38 - 14.
As the Big Green left for the locker rooms at half time looking at the scoreboard was painful 68 - 37, Dartmouth shooting a dismal 36% from the field.
The Media caught up with Head Coach Correas after they came back from the locker room, "Its always hard being down 31, I told my boys to take better shots, Rebound and look for fast break points we have only 6 to their 19" He said as he took a seat and watched his low morale team go out for the second half of this blow out.
With his team down by 42 Coach C decided to go with full court pressure to force a bit of turnovers and get the ball.
With 3 Minutes to go Dartmouth played tough D and forced a few turnovers cutting down the 42 point lead to 24, despite the good run the Big Green started playing like they did in the first half and gave VMI another 30 point lead with a minute to go, the game ended with Devon Mosley attempting a half court basket that bounced of the front of the rim.
VMI had no problem disposing of Dartmouth's big Green 119 to 85, 6th Man Travis Holmes had 32 points 4 rebounds and 4 assists making him the Man of the Match for VMI, on the other side of the Court Devon Mosley picked up 23 points and Matt Chisick picked up his second career double double posting up 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Benjamin Correas entered the Post game conference rather heated and annoyed, and everyone had a feeling that the questions asked werent going to make it any better.

Dartmouth Times: How do you feel about todays defeat Coach?

Benjamin Correas: Well, Its always heartbreaking to lose that bad, I was not expecting, neither were the players, we were blindsided by a Really good VMI team that out rebounded us, out shot us, we didnt have control of the game, our passes were very bad, we had a turnover every other possesion, you cant expect to win like that!

Ryan Parker: How do you see yourself against JMU?

Benjamin Correas: It wont be very easy, but I have confidence that my guys will turn it around and win this one for our fans.

Dustin Gallegos: How do you see Matt Chisick so far? Its his second double double in as many game and he is only a freshmen

Benjamin Correas: Oh man, he took me by surprise to be honest, this kid can play, He has nice offensive presence and on defense he is a monster, I just hope he doesnt leave after a year "laughs".

Chris Sharp:who would you like to have on your team if you could choose anyone in the NCAA?

Benjamin Correas: I like my team the way it is, I trust them, but If i had to choose I would take Joe Alexander, I know he is not Michael Beasley or Tyler Hansbrough but everytime I watch this guy play he is amazing, if I would take Beasley he would be gone after a year and in my opinion Tyler is not a strong player. If you are watching Joe, You would be welcome for a transfer here anytime.

Dartmouth Times: Last question coach, do you feel pressured to win the next game?

Benjamin Correas: No, Not at all, The school knows that its not easy turning a program around and they promised me time to work.

Tough loss. Go and crush James Madison!!!!

KentuckyWildcat_Pride
March 27th, 2008, 06:33 PM
James Madison University visited Struggling Dartmouth looking for their 2nd win in a row, Dartmouth Coach Benjamin Correas looked to change his luck so He decided to switch point guards going with Marlon Sanders this time, that is not his only change, he switching his 2-3 zone D to Man to Man D, Lets see how his changes pan out.
Despite Dartmouth having the lead the first 8 minutes JMU kept battling and they got back into it by tying the game at 22.

Correas called a time out and assured Marlon Sanders that he is doing a fantastic job running point and that he might consider making him a season starter, taking the lead once again through free throws, they lagged their D all game, leaving the shooter wide open for a game tying 3, Correas called timeout to get his team to play D.
Despite Correas' efforts of gettingh his team to play D his team goes to halftime down in the scoreboard once again, this time keeping it close, a one point game, this Dartmouth team is changed, shooting a 51% from the field and 9 of 10 free throws but turnovers are still an issue with this Big Green team, only creating 2 turnovers and throwing the ball away 6 times, lets see how Correas adjusts at half to win this game.

The Big Green started the second half hot, making all of their shots, but they soon faltered and turned the ball over 4 straight times giving up the lead once again.

With six minutes to go Dartmouth trailed by 5 as Correas asked for Time to inspire his team to play some solid D and get him his first career win as a coach. Fitzgerald forced a turnover and passed it to Devon Mosley who threw it away just seconds later and couldnt cut the lead to one possesion. Dartmouth defense stepped up and grabbed a Defensive rebound, Mosley tossed the ball up court to Barnett who made it a 3 point game, in the following possesion JMU ran down the clock but missed a 3 point shot giving Dartmouth the chance to tie the game, however Devon Mosley missed the 3 point shot that was rebounded by fellow Teammate Barnett who layed it up to make it a one point game and send the crowd into mayhem, another missed shot by JMU gave Dartmouth possesion and the chance to regain the lead they lost in the 14th minute of the second half and backup point guard Dixon did not dissappoint an assist from Mosley and the layup was good giving The Big Green the one point lead with exactly 4 minutes to go, that lead wouldnt last long as Dartmouth players got too confident and lagged it on defense.

Dartmouth was down by one once again and with JMUs Carter rushing for a dunk Mosley jumped for the block and fouled him, giving him a three point play that the capitalized on, with 3 minutes left in the game it was JMUs game 67 - 63, as the ball was sent down to the paint pressure got to Freshmen C Matt Chisick as he missed a wide open lay up, on the break JMUs Carter swished a 3 to make it a seven point game trying to put it in the bag early, but the big green wasnt going out without a fight.

Mosley pumped faked a JMU defender as he jumped for the block Devon Mosley went for contact and 3 free throws, making only one made it a 6 point game but Freshmen Center Matt Chisick grabbed the rebound and jammed it down to make it 70 - 66 on JMUs favor with 2 minutes 30 seconds to go, Chisick also came up with a big block on Defense giving his team a chance to make it a one possesion game, Mosley went for a stupid 3 pointer that was missed but rebounded by fellow teammate Ball who failed to make a layup giving JMU a chance to make it a 6 point game and they didnt waste it.

Captain Devon Mosley missed yet another three that was rebounded by Matt Chisick who dunked it once again making it a 4 point game in the last minute of the game, a great tip by Point Guard Sanders and the steal by ball gave Dartmouth a chance to make it a 2 point game and Sanders did not waste it, laying it up and giving JMU something to sweat about.

Dartmouth's D couldnt come through and as the ball seemed to go out of bound Chisick got it and went up for a shot and got fouled, he went to the line for 2 and made both, with 37 seconds to go Dartmouth's D needs to step it up, but Coach Correas decided against it and he made them foul early to send JMU to the line for One and One, Carter at the line for JMU made the both making it another 4 point game, The Big Green came out rushing up court, Captain Mosley took the ball and drove the lane for a dunk but Mosley had to foul Jalloh a great free throw Shooter who sank both, Mosley missed a deep 2 pointer and gave the game away to JMU who was just outstanding at the line.

Dartmouth 76
JMU 84

SF - Swanston Player of the game 20 Points 3 Rebounds 1 Steal

Dartmouths Player of the game Center Matt Chisick 15 Points 9 Rebounds, missed his 3rd straight double double but never gave up, Mosley also came up with 16 points.

Dartmouth shot a decent 46% from the field but horrible 4/19 from 3 point Land, giving the ball up 13 times only creating 6 turnovers but outrebounding JMU by 7, 37 to 30, this puts Head Coach Correas in a tough Position starting 0-3 with Rutgers coming up.

Looking to turn things around Benjamin Correas decided to start scouting out of the country Recruits.
Despite having two 3 star recruits almost in, he decided to go out of the country look for "hidden gems", when asked about this Correas answered "Well, Its either this or battle it out with North Carolina and Duke for good national recruits"

Dartmouth Big Green (0-3) v Rutgers Scarlet Knights(2-1)

The Big Green got off to a good start, holding off Rutgers shooters for the first half, but despite their efforts they fell down 11 at the end of the first half, Dartmouth turned the ball over 13 times just the first half and only shot a dismal 38% from the field, but a great 57% behind the arc.

Co-Captain Jon Ball ended the first quarter with the most points at 7, with the second half starting, Coach Correas called for more transition points, less turnovers and more rebounding.

Avoiding the fact that Junior Shooting Guard Devon Mosley only had 6 points in the first 20 minutes of the game The Big Green was holding on and looking for their first win this year, but with 4 minutes to go Rutgers busted the game open stretching their lead to fifteen.
Despite the efforts by Coach Correas to turn this around they ended up with yet another loss, this time a 22 point margin, Barnett ended the game with a 3 pointer to and seal his Man of the Match Performance for The Big Green with 16 points.

Dartmouth traveled to New York to take on Colgate on what seemed to be an even match up on paper.

Colgate took the tip off, but It was Dartmouth who would score first through their Freshmen Center Matt Chisick, Dartmouth's first 10 points came through both their Centers, Matt Chisick and Elgin Fitzgerald.

Despite giving up the lead at the 11th minute, The Big Green regained it with a deep three point drained by Robby Pride, but despite their efforts they fell 3 points again with 4 to go in the first half.

With 1.2 to go in the first half Dixon made a buzzer beating 3 pointer to give The Big Green the Lead, for the first time in the season Dartmouth went to half time with the lead, maybe things were changing, Dartmouth shot 48% from the field to a 57% from Colgate.

The Big Green came out firing the second half and quickly made it a 12 point game with 10 minutes to go, Dartmouth kept their hot streak going keeping their 12 point lead for 5 minutes, With a Robby Pride 3 they extended their lead to 15 with 3 minutes to go in the game.

The Final Margin was 16 points as Dartmouth finally achieved their first win in the season against a weak Colgate, shooting 54% from the field certainly helped Dartmouth, not only that, they achieved a 50% from beyond the arc.

Man of the Match - C Matt Chisick 25 Points 11 Rebounds 6 Assists 3 Blocks

The Vermont Catamounts (1-4) traveled to New Hampshire to face The Big Green (1-4) coming off their first win against Colgate.

Dartmouth opened the score but quickly gave up the lead, Vermont came to play and Correas called a time out to switch up his defense, down 17 at the half Correas stormed off to the locker rooms to give his players a piece of his mind, shooting a horrible 23% from the field gave Vermont a chance to relax and play their style of basketball.

Co-Captain Jon Ball ended the first half with the most points, 6 and 4 rebounds, Star Player Devon Mosley was nowhere to be seen having 0 points 1 rebound and 1 assist in the first half.

Dartmouth started out quick with a couple of threes forcing Vermont Head Coach to call a time out and re-organize, despite coming out hot Darmouth proceded to miss all the shots they took in the first 4 minutes of the game falling 49 - 35.

Despite the efforts put in by Coach Correas it looked like the Big Green was going downhill from there.

Star Player Devon Mosley only tallied 2 points and 5 rebounds all game, usually a key factor for his team he was shut down by Player of the game Kyle Cieplicki.

The Big Green visits Stony Brooks in search for their second win.

The Game started out slow with only 6 points in the first 3 minutes, 5 for Stony Brooks and 1 for Dartmouth, however it would pick up, on one side at least as SB went on a 10 - 3 run, Despite the time outs called by Coach Correas and the yelling at the team to Play DEFENSE they would go to the locker room trailing once again by eleven 29 - 18, Devon Mosley posted the most points for his team with 5.

Dartmouth came out firing making it a 4 point game with two quick baskets and SB was forced to call a time out, The teams exchanged turnovers before Dartmouth made another basket to make it a 2 point game, Coach Correas was not satisfied as he called time out and asked for Ball control.

With 5 minutes to go Dartmouth tied the game at 35, both teams shooting below 40% from the field. However Dartmouth was hot from beyond the arc hitting 45% of their shots as SB was icy cold with a dismal .83% from 3 point land and it was hurting them, Coach Correas called a time out and asked for Defense, and it worked as the team forced two turnovers and taking the first lead in the game with a Devon Mosley lay up.

With two minutes to go the lead was stretched by one point, 40 - 37 for The Big Green but soon enough Stony Brooks pulled back at 40 and in hopes of a win or Overtime, Dartmouth's Marlon Sanders turned the ball over and gave stony Brooks an easy basket with a minute to go, now Dartmouth had to foul, but it wasnt enough with two seconds to go Devon Mosley went for a layup and was fouled, making the first free throw gave Coach Correas a ray of hope at overtime but the Noisy crowd got to his star player as he missed the free throw and lost the game for Dartmouth 42 - 41.

With Signing week already here Coach Correas tries to take down UC Davis and Get some prospects signed for his weak side.

Darmouth came ready to win but UC Davis didnt make it easy.

Dartmouth took an early 10 point lead as UCD struggled to get anything done, back to back time outs called by UCD's Head Coach as he was heard screaming for defense but that only made it worse as they fell to a 20 point lead to a Dartmouth that looked new, however before half UCD was able to cut the lead down to 14.

Captain Devon Mosley had 13 points and Co-Captain Jon Ball added 11 and 6 rebounds, with their help Dartmouth shot a 48% from the field compared to Davis' 37% and only 3 turnovers for The Big Green.

Despite the Davis' Coach efforts his team fell 21 points with 6 minutes to go in the game, Dartmouth had forced 5 turnovers in the first 2 minutes of the second half bringing their tally to 15 for the game, five more in the last 5 minutes put the game away as Dartmouth grabbed their second win 82 - 65.

The Big Green at Quinnipiac

When asked about Quinnipiac Coach Correas replied honestly "I think they might be worse than us."

And he wasnt too far off, Dartmouth started the game with a comfortable 8 - 0 run lead led by back up Michael Giovacchini who had 5 of the 8 points, but It wasnt long after that when Quinnipiac went on a run to snatch the lead they would lose right before half on a buzzer beater by Devon Mosley who only tallied 3 points in the first half and it showed as Dartmouth were only up by 2, the most points of the first half were by Freshmen Matt Chisick with 6.

Mosley would end with only 6 but the most important 6 points of the game as the game was tied at 57 he shot it with 2.2 left in the game and drained it for The Big Greens 3rd win, 2nd in as many games, Correas seemed pleased as the he left the court clapping and waving at the few Dartmouth supporters.

Player of the Game - Devon Mosley 6 Points, 2 buzzer beaters

Dartmouth Big Green (3-6) at Army Black Knights (3-6)

Dartmouth traveled to West Point, New York to take on the Army Black Knights on what looked to be a pretty even match up, giving Dartmouth the edge, the way they've been playing is amazing, they should have won at Stony Brook. When asked how did he feel about this game Coach Correas responded with indifference "They are a good team but the level of my team right now is a bit higher".

Dartmouth came out firing at the Army looking for a third straight win but the Black Knights would not go away easily as the hanged on to a 8 point deficit with 4 minutes to go, however with 2 minutes to go Devon Mosley caught fire and scored 12 of his 14 points giving The Big Green a big halftime lead at 41 - 26.

The Army's poor shooting and 11 turnovers gave Dartmouth the comfortable lead who shot 50% from the field and 100% from 3 point land, when asked what did he do to his team Coach Correas waved the reporters off as he went to the Locker room to talk to his team.

Despite the Army's efforts they fell 20 points in the first 2 minutes of the second half forcing their Coach to call a time out, the minutes passed without a field goal by any team, Dartmouth holding off to a comfortable lead as the Army looked for answers that wouldnt be found today as Dartmouth forced their 21st turnover with 5 seconds to go and Michael Giovacchini put it away to give Dartmouth a 23 point lead and the game.

Player of the Game - Devon Mosley 24 points 1 assist 1 steal

Dartmouth Big Green at Siena Saints

Benjamin Correas stated that they will look to go inside this game, "have you seen their center? what is he? 6'5?".

Dartmouth Won the easy tip off as Matt Chisick didnt really have to jump to get it, Sanders looked for Chisick in the paint and he drained the first two points.

With no other response to the big man play by Dartmouth, Siena was forced to double but always leaving someone wide open, Once it was Mosley and the next it was Barnett who both drained a 3, despite the big man dominance the better players from Siena started showing as they pulled back and took the lead forcing Dartmouth to make silly mistakes.

Coach Correas was forced to call a time out, he told his team that they were doing fine and just keep going to the big man and then dish when they get doubled up, straight out of the time out Elgin Fitzgerald back up Center dished to a wide open Mosley who drained another three, Correas' team kept up his strategy but a defensive error on Mosley's part and they gave up the lead that they wouldn't regain at half time.

Dartmouth shot a good 50% from the field (6 for 10 from 3) but not comparable with Siena's 61%.

Dartmouth came out of the locker room looking to win as Coach Correas switched Defenders on Siena's 41 Kenny Hasbrouck.

Despite trailing by one at half Dartmouth came out firing but not Aiming, they fell ten in the first 2 minutes but a good show from Powers led a comeback as they pulled back to a 1 point deficit, Poor shooting from Dartmouth and they fell to a 10 point deficit once again.

Correas called a time out and started yelling at his players about the stupid shots theyve been taking, off the time out Jon Ball fouled Siena's Ubiles who drained both bumping their lead up to 12, with help from Freshmen Matt Chisick Dartmouth pulled within 11 points with 3 minutes to go.

Despite the last minutes efforts by Dartmouth the last 3 minutes was all Siena as they took a 17 point lead that they would keep until the end.

"Turnovers, You can't win with a 10 to 1 Turnover ratio, and the worst thing is that all of our turnovers were in the second half!" Coach Correas said Furiously to his players after the game.

Player of the Game - SG Kenny Hasbrouck 22 Points 1 Rebound 1 Assist

Dartmouth's Player of the game - Devon Mosley 15 Points 1 Assist

Harvard no match for Dartmouth

Harvard was held scoreless for the first five minutes of the game, calling three time outs did not help the cause, giving Dartmouth more time to plan their next attack, however after their first points fell a few more would before Dartmouth even reacted making it a 2 point game Coach Correas decided to call a time out and sort everything out. Harvard came out strong after the time out but it would only last for their first basket as Dartmouth's Devon Mosley led the 12 zero run before the half.

At halftime Harvard already trailed by 12 but the second half wouldnt get any better for Harvard who struggled to sink the shots who only ended with 23 points in the second half giving them no shot at a W, Harvard's highest scorer was Freshmen SG TJ Carey with 8 points, Devon Mosley led the Big Green with 16 points 2 Rebounds and 2 Assists.

Back to Back wins for Dartmouth over Harvard

Harvard came out hot making their first baskets and holding Dartmouth scoreless for the first 3 minutes as they took a 5 - 0 lead over a shocked Dartmouth, Coach Correas called for time out and asked his team to re-group, telling them they are the better team but it wouldn't work out as they went down 11 at the half with star player Devon Mosley only scoring 5 points.

Harvard played hard Defense forcing 2 turnovers in the first minutes of the second half but not able to capitalize on them Dartmouth Shortened the lead to 6 points with 5 minutes to go, however Harvard would hold on to that lead with 2 minutes to go stretching it by 1 point to 7 but Devon Mosley caught fire making 3 straight threes and giving Dartmouth the lead they would never give up for their second consecutive win against Harvard who ended the game fouling looking for a way out of this Loss.

Player of the Game - Devon Mosley 14 Points - 9 with a minute to go

UNH downs Brave Dartmouth

Dartmouth came firing getting an early 7 point lead, led by Captains Jon Ball and Devon Mosley who each had 6 points, but the Wildcats were not down and out as they fought back from a game high 10 point deficit to take the one point lead right before half time at 29 - 28 led by their SG Abdo who scored a half high of 7 points.

Dartmouth came out looking bad as they fell to an early second half slump letting the wildcats get a 7 point lead on them, Coach Correas called for a time out and told his players to step it up on the Defensive side and Freshmen Matt Chisick did as ordered tallying 4 straight block and 4 points to bring them back and tie the game at 42, on the next possesion Captain Jon Ball would steal the ball from New Hampshire's Abdo and run the length of the court to dunk it and give Dartmouth the Lead that they would soon lose with 14 seconds to go, Dartmouth kept the lead at 56-54 with a minute to go, New Hampshires Abreu tied the game at 56 while their Small Foward Christensen would give them the 2 point lead with 14 seconds to go, plenty of time for mosley to do his thing, but this time they would come up short, Mosley did get the 2 points but a buzzer beater from Gibbs made it 61 - 58 and gave New Hampshire a much needed win.

Player of the Game - SG Tyrece Gibbs 13 Points - Game Winning Buzzer Beater
