I was sitting here thinking I might change my team around. I normally control a generic linebacker but I have been using the right stick a lot lately to try and perform "hits"

First question.....Is flipping up on the right stick to do the low hit the same as pushing down on the right stick as far as the big hit ability is concerned?

Secondly if I decided to use a star linebacker with big hit do you think I would cause a lot more fumbles when performing hits? Would it be worth while to change to a star for this in your opinion? I would most likely be dropping the star SS or switching otis Wilson out for Carl Banks and using a generic LB to pass cover not sure which...

Anywho....Do you think it would be worth it to use a star LB instead of a generic. i almost feel like its better to user control a genric and make him play better than to ontrol a star player.

Any advice?

"Big Hit" IMO doesn't do much, I'd say control the Generic and call it a day, but I suppose it could be worth a shot.

Big Hit does make a difference and does cause fumbles. This is the 1 of the reason wreck1wreckall got mad at me and called me cheese because I had my legends on Special Teams LOL. I had Ronnie Lott and Joey Browner as my gunners on my Special Teams units and if you didn't jump to the ground or run out of bounds beore I charged up and hit you than you would get knocked out and fumble. This is what happened to wreck1wreckall. Thats why he cried about Legends on special teams and said its cheese LOL. That is what there ability is for. When I have Carl Banks or Greg Lloyd chasing down a ball carrier and I am charging him up I always click the right stick to try and cause a fumble and it does work depending on who is carrying the ball.

I put Joey Browner and Gregg Lloyd on special teams once but it tired them out and they didnt play that well in the 3rd and 4th.
