What happens when my cards disappear? [Archive]

In the past, I know I've earned a couple wild cards, 2 Troy Glaus cards, and several others...

Now, all of a sudden, I go to check my cards and I only have one card, the Braden Looper card that I had just earned in the game before.

I earned all of these cards in Franchise mode. Am I not saving something I'm supposed to be saving.. or something?

are you saving your profile every time?

it should save automatically.

But i have had cards disappear as well.

I opened a few packs and got a Plat AROD, Plat Pujlos, Plat Tim Hudson, plus like 2 other plats. and they were in there for several minutes. they saved... i shut off my xbox a few hrs later turn it back on and BAM they were gone.

That's basically what's happening to me. I had a gold Mike Piazza that's gone. >.<

mmkay.. just earned two wild cards and cashed them in. I saved my profile and exited to the Xbox Dashboard. I re-loaded the game and the profile, and boom, 0 cards.

However, I noticed that I had *two profiles,* both with the same name. I loaded both and neither had any cards, but I'm wondering if maybe that caused problems saving. So now I've deleted one. I'll try to earn more cards and see how it goes.

I heard that if you wait a while they pop up. A lot of people have come on having your issue only to realize that they load up soon. Check back about this, this afternoon.

Nope, they're not popping up, and it definitely says I have "0/475" cards. Like I said, since I deleted my duplicate VIPs, I'll try earning some cards and seeing if they stick. I still think that might have caused problems saving.

EDIT: They seem to be saving fine now. I didn't get my old cards back, but I don't seem to be losing cards anymore.
