Opening Comments in 2k8

Before each game I play the opening comments get cut off in mid sentence just as they are about to finish talking about starting pitcher. Anyone else have this problem? I know
2K is working on the framerate and bugs, but if I'm the only one having this problem I'm not sure if I should send the game back to the manufacturer or not.

yea It gets really annoying when I wanna see the pitchers stats

the intros were working for me until i turned off the cutscenes and all that stuff off. so maybe u guys have it off too?
