cooperstown cards

I cant seem to get a cooperstown card when I meet the rquirements. It is like there aren't even in the game. I strike out 15, no card. I get 6 RBI's in agame, no card. Is there something I need to do to get the game to give out theses cards?

There was a thread about this from Ronnie, I believe it said they were going to be in a future series of cards, but they don't exist right now.
