I really need help with this

on the online leagues my card picture IS WAY TOO BIG and now it takes up half of the page when i post something or when i go to online home

and then i when i try to upload a different image, the option is not even there because the pic is too big

can someone please help me get rid of my pic because it will cause major problems especially that i cant post anything

Where is the link? I imagine this is a photoshop issue (you probably have to shrink the size of the image).
