Framerate fix, cards?

Hey so as the title sort of shows, if you sign out of your VIP, can you still get cards, such as wild cards in game, as well as the cards for individual players? And if your using custom sliders, can you get wild cards?

Well that sucks, guess I have to wait til the patch to get cards. And even then I like my custom sliders, blech.
