Patch will or will not fix this. Yes or no? It's a mess.

I have the 360. The post game is a slide show that hitches and glitches until the very end. Replays are slideshows, speach and music starts and stops and the "A" button thing doesn't pop up right away.
Now yeah I know it seems like a minor thing, but really with even the smallest amount of testing this disaster should have noticed somewhere on the 2K Compound.

post game show...ie after third out of last at bats. Where they award player of the game, you can find your stats etc...NO...not when fans are showing up for the game. That would be pre-game. Pre-game is more or less fine.

That would be the pre game, not the post game.

I know what you mean, but it's not a slide show. The hiccups occur when it is loading in a replay. It does skip horribly here, and the audio skips as well. Once the replay is loaded and starts to play, things are ok, until it goes to load in the next replay. I'm not sure why, but it is having a lot of trouble loading replays this year, even the ones that occur during the game, not just post game.

No offense, but the Post-game show is terrible....the audio doesn't even match up with the video replays!! It's basically some statements about the game, and then random footage of certain key plays...kind of weak.

So back to my question. Does anybody know if the patch will remedy this?

The upcoming patch? Most likely not.
A future patch? Perhaps.

if it's tied to the frame rate issue then it should be fixed.
anyone that did the temporary fix for the frame rate could tell you if there was a difference in post game stuff.

I'd be happy if they just took that garbage out because It's so annoying I frantically press the A button trying to escape all the freezing up.

It is tied to the framerate issue so anticipate this being a lot better after the patch is released.

LOL I was thinking the same thing. Just gimme the list of the post-game options, and nothing moving in the background. Just like in APF 2K8. So annoying that it exists.

I, personally, prefer by far having a post game show, and that was is really well done with player of the game/highlights/post game speech. It's just the free that makes it looks like total crap, but once fixed, I for sure probably will watch'em all after my franchise games.
