Card collection not upto date

I don't think this has been asked.

I currently am not connected on-line in any way while playing, but I earn cards. I keep hearing that if I go on-line and update my collection I will loose my cards. Can we find out why this is (if it's true) and also could/will this current patch fix this issue.

Or should I just never connect, but I guess that would mean I can't play on line.

I don't think it is true, but I couldn't tell you for sure.... I was adding a card to my tradables when my game froze, when I signed back on I got the message that said something about my card collection wasn't up to date. I checked everything when I went online and I didn't lose any cards or nothing..... Good luck for you, it would suck to lose all your cards

I have about 125 cards, but I'm not sure if I will ever play on line. But I am afraid to at this point. I'm hope Ronnie or Sleepy might be able to confirm this one way or another. At least then I can make a decision knowing what will happen.

It just happened to me. I had about 60 cards, went online and it told me my cards weren't up-to-date. Now I only have 12 cards or so. Sucks... lost all my good cards.

In addition to loosing my cards, I noticed something else new. 2K8 told me I needed to be online to redeem my wildcards. For the record, I've only played the game offline.
