How to trade cards XBL?

How exactly do you trade cards through XBL, I realize you have to go through the game, but how do you see the offers? every pending trade i get, i cant see the other persons cards they offer?! :eek:

at least you see the pending trades haha it took 2 weeks for me 2 see them
