Okay so I have played about 8 games in my franchise and I always give up at least 6 to 8 runs. I would say I give up about 3 to 4 homeruns a game. I feel that I have a good enough grasp on the new pitching mechanics but I only get about 3 k's per game. My question is why am I giving up so many runs? I'm playing on pro and I feel like I have a good handle on it. The computer just hits me like crazy. Maybe it's because I was facing the yankees and the red sox?

yea the yanks are nearly impossible to beat under any sliders because of A-Rod. You really need to have a flawless game, and can't always follow the catcher suggestions if you have them on. I have my custom sliders with AI batting being 3 for contact and power, and rest are legend slider settings, and they still beat the crap out of me if I'm not careful.

I'm having pitching problems too. I don't really give up many runs, but the ones I do are mostly homeruns. I'd raise the AI batting skill and reduce their batting power but I'm afraid my strikeouts will drop
