I just started a franchise with the Brew Crew, and when I wanted to buy some Inside Edge reports for my division foes, I found that I only had 800k to work with, barely enough to buy the Pirates team report! How can I get more money to buy Inside Edge reports with?! I won't be getting any unless I get some more money...

Same problem. I have players I'd like to sign, but I'm in the red. I hate it.

I traded away some players and took prospects back to lower my salary to get money. But I play the Yankees who have plenty of those guys to spare. I still couldn't afford more than just the batter reports for 7 guys per team. After I finished my first full season, I had alot more to spend. I haven't found a way to make money during the season though. Another bit of advice, if you have a team capable of making the world series, make sure you leave somthing to buy the reports when you find out who you're playing. I've done that to myself alot. Bought reports of scrub pitchers on teams in my division only to go into the world sereis blind

I find the pitcher IE reports to be useless to me. I only purchase the batter reports, and I haven't had issues with cash flow playing as the Braves (Though I did trade Hampton and Glavine away.)
