I'm playing a franchise and was wondering if there is an arbitration process for young players. I have several young guys who are in the last year of their contract. Are they free to sign with any other team?

yes they are.............the game has already taken the young players arbitraion years into account................for example: Johnaton Papelbon of the red Sox has a 4 year $900k contract in tghe game, in real life he has this year and then 3 arbitrational eligable years.
