Has anyone else experienced the issue with the pitching stick. I'll go through half a game with a no hitter then all of a sudden i make a pitching move with the stick, and it doesn't register, making the circle go all the way to the edge and then turn red on the way back. It does it sporadically and its quite annoying. I love having a 1 or no-hitter through 6 or 7 innings and then giving up 6 or 7 runs in 1 inning b/c the pitches aren't registering. This game has more bugs than an African Jungle.

There were alot of threads on this, people seem to think it's suppose to be that way but i don't believe it. This is the only reason i won't play this game until the patch comes out. And if it isn't fixed i have to get rid of this game:( Heres a thread from a while ago i saved.

I haven't really experienced this issue. There might be one pitch that doesn't register, but I feel like it could be my fault. I have never had the issue where nothing registers at all and I give up a large number of runs.
Try pausing the game and circle both sticks around a couple of times. This method recalibrates the analogs.

I was having this problem much more than once or twice a game. More like 8 times a game. I got to looking at the graph of my previous pitch and got to trying things out. When I started being firm and quick with my movements, the automatic meatball went away. I am not saying I have not thrown a meatball, but it has been my fault. The automatic red however has not happened to me in about 6 games. I guess I was thinking I needed to be smooth and kind of slow in my motion to kind of follow the motion of my pitcher, but that is really not the case as long as to make your movements and stop at the right time. It seems when the stick is in movement it needs to be pretty quick and firm to the next spot.
