I don't know but I know there is a way to do it. I play in a league with custom settings and the power is turned way down. The setting must come from the creators VIP custom settings.

There is a section in the league for admins to set up league settings it has nothing to do with the VIP unless thats a bug to!

I put my custom vip pitch speed slider to 0 to see if this would transfer to the league and it didnt. So unless they only take certain sliders from the admin's VIP sliders this isnt the case.

The custom sliders in league are broke or taken out of the game!

In the Admin section of leagues on the console you set league settings but unlike last year when you choose Custom as difficulty no sliders open up to alter!

They arent "broken". They explained that this year they didn't add in the ability to manually adjust sliders so that all leagues would be played on a level playing field. Giving ppl the ability to compare leagues. I've found that the "Custom" setting for leagues is BY FAR the best setting to play on. Check the link at the bottom of the page, you'll see about 95% SIM scores. Granted, all of the teams in my league can pitch very well but those sliders keep the ball in the park pretty well.

What exactly did you do? Just set it to custom? Wouldnt everyones custom be different though?

Its a bummer that you cant have custom sliders for online leagues this year if true.

So your saying best thing to do is just set it to custom? Dont make a lot of sense to me though. Although a lot of things normally dont, just seems everyones custom would be different and you would be able to use sliders if you can do it custom?

Care to explain a little more bro?

LOL I dont know what the "custom" is, or how to customize it. I have set my offline VIP sliders to my desired online league settings IN CASE they do in fact transfer to the online league. Like I said earlier I put my pitch speed to 0 figuring that would be the easiest way to actually tell if they were transfering to my league. The pitch speed remained the same after i put it to 0 so I'm not sure that the offline VIP is connected to the custom. I have yet to receive a definitive answer on the custom setting. I did try out the other difficulties (Legend, All Star, Pro, Rookie) and the custom was by far the best. Why was it the best? It seems to have the power toned down (enough that you still get HR, but not a crazy amount) and there is always a little give on the pitching gesture. For example, on Legend the power is turned down but if you screw up even a little on your pitching gesture you're throwing meatballs. Custom allows you to not be a perfect pitcher and still compete.
