Lost pack of cards

I just bought a pack of cards but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I looked in new and all throughout complete set but it's nowhere to be found! How do I get it?

Yep I went to redeem my 17 wild cards and a bunch of them said they couldn't redeem at that time, next thing i know I only have 11 wild cards left and no new cards?....

I also bought a pack of cards when I thought things were working right again and I had nothing when I went to go to the "new cards" section?

Maybe they will show up later?

i got a bunch of cards including some wilds in my franchise. i redeemed my wilds and got a pack. when i came back the next day none of the cards i had gotten were there. this has happened several times that my cards from franchise mode were not saved. any idea why?

yah i had 35 wild cards i tried to reedem today and they all disappeared... now im left with no evidence of ever having them...
