NEED HELP with my FRANCHISE

Wassup Fella's!! I don't know about you guys but I'm really looking forward to finally playing a franchise but here is how I like to play:

I would like to keep my franchise and team rosters current with the actual MLB and thought I might be able to pull it off if I turn CPU trading off and turn on the the option to force trades but then I ran into another problem.

FREE AGENTS!

It seems you can't just move these guys over to any team at all, and if you want them on your team, you have to sign them which completely blows my idea right out the water now.

So have any of you guys tried to play this way and do you have any work arounds or solutions to this problem???

well new roster update is cmin out this weekened..so just practice untill then and after the update out u wont have to worry about it all rosters will be correct..just a thought

Yea I thought about that but there will still be plenty of free agents, no?

I also thought about moving all players in the free agents list to a team before starting my franchise but then thought I would completely blow up my franchise or I'll end up playing entire games against free agents lol...
