How frustrating is it

How frustrating is it to try and to go redeem your wild cards and get the following message

"Sorry, there was a problem exchanging your wild card at this time"

Are they ever gonna fix this problem?

all of the above. I am sick of trying to sell cards, trade cards and getting " sorry can't do that please check your network connections and try again... MY SH*T is already plugged in and I am online DIP SH*ts i am sick of 2k servers and i am sick of paying 50 dollars a year for crap microsoft service.

I fianlly got to cash mine in, said I got a pack of 10 went to cash that in and it only gave me one card

just think there is over million plus people that play online games for xbox 360 at 50 dollars a pop = 50 million dollars just for online service a year not even the game you have to buy another 60 dollars and the sh*t never works like it should, I am seriously thinking about trading in my 360 and going to a ps3 where it is free and then i will gladly deal with this crap.

What is comical in all this (yes... despite the massive frustration, there is something funny) is that the 2k Opening Day Weekend Event will be trash because the servers are so bad. The game developers probably won't even be able to sign on half the time. That is just pathetic.

I'm getting so unbelievably sick of the server issues. They are by far more frustrating than the patch issue.
