This league is different from my Dynasty Legends league in 1 way..... This league is set on custom sliders. The sliders are set up so it will make for a better, More realistic gameplay. The Offensive sliders are turned all the way down to ZERO and the Defensive sliders are turned all the way up to 100. You can still score points and make plays its just that you have to be smart in your play calling and make the right reads on offense to move the ball.

The league will be a draft league. The draft will start on this same 2K forums on Friday @ 5pm pst. The league will be set to how ever many commit to joining. If we have 8 or 32 is up to how many join. You will have the option of drafting anybody the game came with along with all the CAP Legends like Deion Sanders, Lawrence Taylor, and more in my CAP link at the bottom of my post in my signature. You will have 15 minutes to make a pick in round 1 and only 10 minutes to make a pick in rounds 2-11.

For our returning members they had an option of Franchising 1 player off there season 2 team and that player can not be drafted since they franchise tagged that player. Everybody else in the draft is up for grabs. If you are not around to make your pick in your allotted time than you will be skipped but have no fear because you can make up your picks when you can.

There is a Draft that will be done on these 2K Forums starting Friday. When your turn comes up post your pick on that thread. You cant take somebody who has already been drafted but everyone else is totally there for the taking. Make your team any way you want to. You can draft any Tier of player you want at anytime as long as you have 2 Gold, 3 Silver, and 6 Bronze players you will be good to go. Once the league draft is done I will start the new league and expect you to make a team with the players you drafted and enter the league with that team. If you look below in my signature you can draft any of the Legends I have posted along with the rest of the players the game came with. If you draft a player that I have listed you must create that player exactly as I have it listed. Height, Weight, College, and Attributes 100% correct if you pick one of those players.

You can only draft legends in the game or on Hitman's list of CAPs on the league site in his sig. Also, only returning players can fanchise someone...if you complete this season, then you can franchise a guy for the following season.

Illmatic you can join but not with your CAPs. You can only choose from retired Legends that I have listed in my link below in my signature or legends that came with the game. You can only make those guys I have listed and they have to have the abilities, height, weight and college 100% correct.

The draft will last probably through the weekend but should be faster since there will be less people than previous league. The draft opens up each day at 9am pst and ends at 9pm pst.

League Rules

LB's Interchangeable, You can play a LB at DE
CB's & Safeties Interchangeable
D-Line Interchangeable

WR's are not Interchangeable, Cannot play at TE or RB. they can only play WR
TE's can play at WR and FB spots They cannot play at RB
O-line Interchangeable
RB's & FB's Interchangeable, RB's & FB's can flank out as a WR
QB's

You cannot play anybody at another position other than listed no matter where they played in there careers. There is already too much mismatches in this game. Don't ask to play a LB at O-line or anything like that either, Your plea won't be heard.

Gameplay
You can not go for it on 4th down except under the following scenarios.

Down by 3 TD's or more you can go for it on 4th down.

Between your opponents 30 & 40 yard line no matter what the score is or how many yards to gain there is, In the NFL this is what is called the gray area depending on your kicker's abilities, Too long for a FG and too short for a punt so in this scenario it is legal. I have watched many NFL games and watched my own team the Seahawks go for it on 4th & 7 winning by 21 points.

Under 2 minutes left in the game and down by more than 3 points you can go for it at anytime.

Do I do this? No, but it is what happens in the real NFL.

You can never use cadence in this league at all! There is no counter to this so it wont be allowed. If you choose Elway you wont be able to use that BS!

You cannot move your D-line away from the Line of Scrimmage, If you control your D-line you still cannot go out in coverage until the ball is snapped. You can use a D-line guy all game long as long as you are not using all those line stunts to come untouched every single time.

Against bump-n-run Coverage you can move your WR in motion like they do in the real NFL to get off the bump. You have to wait for your WR to come to a stop but you do not have to wait for the defender to come to a stop. This only comes into play against bump-n-run Coverage,

You can move anybody in motion and not have them come to a stop in run plays.

You can only do no huddle in each 2 minute warning of each half. If you are down 21 starting the 2nd half you can no huddle until you get within a TD, than you have to stop again until the 2 minute warning.

You can Run & Pass as much as you want. You don't have to be balanced at all. It is your team and you coach how you see fit in this area.

You can play Man or Zone defense all you want. There ways to beat every defense.

Try and mix up your play calling on Offense. If your a 1-3 play wonder this league isn't for you.

You can hot route all you want whenever you want. If someone is going to play zone all game I don't care if you hot route a fade to beat it since that is a weak area in a zone coverage. There are many Zone's that would stop the hot route fade so don't cry if someone does this to you. I won't tell anyone they have to throw into the middle of your zone defense.

You can run any route's you want at WR. If you want to throw 50 outs during your game than do so. Its upto the defense to adjust. there is a defense to stop everything in this game. Its all about playcalling.

Flats & Screens are allowed as much as you want. Like I said before it's upto you to call your defense and adjust.

You can have as many stars as you want on your special teams.

You cannot even attempt to block a FG or XPT at all. If your defense does it by it self than thats ok. You cannot switch to the defender to block the kick at all.

You cannot come to the line of scrimmage with anyone to blitz if your right between O-Line. You can manually blitz but you can not move that Defender to the line at all, You must blitz from where the defender is when the play is called.

You can use 5-2 blitz as much as you want because there is a counter to this even when people say there isn't. beat that defense over and over and they will stop.

You can put whoever you want to return punt's or kick's. It has been my experience that if your return guy doesn't have the return attribute they are not that effective.

You can run your QB as much as you want. The defense can spy the QB by hitting button "A" to spy the QB in your assignment adjustment's. If you assign the DE on a QB spy that QB will be hurting.

You can draft anyone you want. There is no limits to how many WR's or whatever you want. There is plenty of players to choose from.

If your pause timer runs out after the first 3-5 minutes your opponent can quit and take the win, If your not ready to play then don't start a game. Your opponent can if he wishes to continue instead of quit but is up to your opponent.

You can not quit a League game at all for any reason.

There will be a 3 strikes rule for penalizing a owner for a rule violation.

There are no 3 strikes when it comes to racism, or vulgar language. If proven to be guilty of this violation you will be kicked without question from this league.

You can not switch defenders in a flickering motion to cause AI blocking to do stupid ****. What I mean by this is... You can switch to the defender closest to the ball but you can not hit your B button to switch and do it like 50 times during one play. Need more info on this ask me about it.

It is the right of the league admin to change, add, or delete any rules at anytime. I will not penalize a owner if a league rule was added or removed if you have not been notified. I will post on site of any league rule changes.

You dont have to draft just the Legends in the game LOL. I said you can draft those legends plus the legends I already have premade. You can find the Legends I am talking about in this link.

I have a couple of questions before tonight's draft. Is this going to be a snake draft? I reviewed your CAP's listed in the link. You can't create a 5 ability CAP unless you have completed the 50 achievements, am I correct? Thanks guys.

this is not a snake draft.....the draft order that is currently listed is for each round. The oder goes by worstt record up to best record. Then, new players are added.

Its kind of an incentive to stay with the league more than one season

If you dont have the 5 abilities then you can pick any 3 that you want

Funny how you say that since I had complaints that I had too many LOL.

I believe there is plenty of LB's in the game along with the CAPS I have listed. Strong Safties are not as much but I havent heard a complaint about not having enough of them. I always add players every season based on what other post. Sometimes I watch old NFL games on NFL Network and than I add players after seeing them in the game. If you would like players added you can post for next season but Considering that there will only be 16 players in the league and more than 16 SS you can pick from is way more than enough.

No, Once again I have to tell you this? You cant use any body except what is there already. this has not changed for anyone in all the seasons of Dynasty Legends and NFL Champions and it wont change now. Sorry but the answer will always be no.
