I haven't read too many threads talking about this but I notice a huge problem with it. Before I go on, I started using EZ Iso on College Hoops but I've never spammed it.
I've played 5 people over the last day that have isoed their way to the rim by either spinning or going behind the back constantly. There is nothing wrong with breaking someone down off the dribble but this makes the game very arcadey when someone can do it over and over without losing the ball or taking a stamina hit.
I'd like to see it at least altered so its not abused to the point that it is currently.

The EZ Iso is contextual. Rarely will it chain together the same complex (spin move, behind the back, etc) move more than twice. Some people are just that good with isomotion moves, especially if they map it to the right stick. With the right player, I can isomotion the h*ll out of my opponent, but I use the right stick as my shot stick. Advantage of mapping it to the right stick, is that you merely perform the stick motion, but you don't have to worry about it moving the actually player, since you're controlling the player with the left stick.

I'll give you a example of what I witnessed. Dude has T-Mac bringing the ball up and starts doing the dribble behind the back where the ballhandler has one leg in front of the other. (Thats the best way I can explain it) There have been times where I was trying to pull off a wrap behind the back and I've accidently done it 3 or 4 times.

Are you referring to the "sizeup" moves?
This thread was pretty helpful....

I forgot to mention this, Maximum Passing has to be in this game. One of the things I loved about College Hoops was the ability to dictate what type of pass you wanted to throw.
There are times where my opponents leave a wide open man to swipe at me while I'm posting up and when I'm getting ready to pass they somehow get their hands on it because of the lack of reach in fouls/going apesh*t with the steal button. If they can fix the leadpass going thru people then giving the option of bounce passing, lobpassing or leadpassing wouldn't be abused.

I know exactly what you mean. I hate when I make a pass, and it's intercepted because my player used the wrong pass. We had that on NBA 2K7 by holding down the LT. I think we have it this year, but it doesn't feel as precise. It feels more random than anything. It's shame we didn't a real instruction manual of which........

No, it can be used in a driving situation. The ballhandler dribbles behind his back and whichever hand he goes to he bounces with his leg. Once again, thats the best way I can describe it.

Hmmm...there's a possibilty that I might have never seen this animination before then. All the behind the back moves that I have seen are standard moves. Nothing too fancy. There are times when I play online, and can still see a move that I have never seen before although I played easily 500+ games. My all time favorite is the bounce pass to themselves for the dunk. I only did it once with Vince Carter, and someone pulled it off against me with J.R. Smith.

Its a rare move to see but the cat I was playing had it down lol. Usually when I see my opponents switch their control settings to alt-A then I know what I'm in for.
