Explain to me how you could have a team with an overall rating of 95 to 99. Team Chemistry at a 100%. Everyone is happy, BUT WHEN YOU SIMULATE THE SEASON, THE GAME MAKES YOU HAVE CONSISTENT 7 GAME LOSING STREAKS!! YOU COULD END UP OUT OF THE PLAYOFFS!!!! BECAUSE THE COMPUTER SIMULATES AS IF YOUR A BOTTOM FEEDING TEAM WITHOUT TWO TO THREE ALL STARS ON IT!!!!! This is the first 2K game that's like that. 2k7 you have those type of numbers you're top three in the division. How could the next-gen simulation be so bad. Or is it just 360. PS3 tell me if this happens to you to. I was always a franchise gamer. simulate season. Play in the playoffs and do some moves in the offseason. How do I play a game with a team that has Kobe and Pau Gasol with an older Bynum and go 38-44 while the wack teams are 57 game winners with a Coach of the year. And this is with any team I ran a franchise with a 27 year old Lebron and still struggled to make six place certain seasons.

ive got the ps2 version and ive got no problems. i have an awesome team and when i sim i usually win but i do lose a few, and once its on a streak i usually step in and win the next one.

I want someone to help me out here, regarding simulation.

I've noticed that in the playoffs, the #8 seed seems to take out the #1 seed almost every year. I know it doesn't happen often in the NBA (only three times ever, and only once in a seven game series), but every year that's simulated in my franchises, some 8 seed is knocking off the 1.

Anyone have similar problems?

My Heat team has an overall of 100 and I simulated a whole season and I got a 74-8 record...

Im not a guy who always simulates and likes to play games alot, but I always thought if you simulate too much and not pay attention to what happens than it will mess your team's morale and chemistry up from injuries and wrong roles and stuff

Hey guys pay close attention to your simulation sliders in your coaching option those are what set your simulation strategy when you sim the game. My team is usually the best record in the nba but only because i have a really good team built around a specific strategy and then i set that strat in my sim settings you also have to look at your competion in your division and conference you may not be the only good team. That being said try these for game play

I've had it happen, too, but the one thing I wondered is despite my chemistry and my overall rating... maybe the players didn't complement each other as well as they should have. You know? Maybe I built my team wrong so even though I had good players they were like getting in each other's way. But whenever I played the game I had so much talent I would just own the computer.

I have no problems... ive done about about 10 seasons and have about 6 rings... I simulate most the season & playoffs and most the time finish first in the season. Most the time all my starters are all in there 90's & a couple 99... (and im using the salary cap thing 2)

U just got to trade & trade & Develop. Pretty easy...

Im hoping 2k9 makes it harder to win every year.

Anyone have similar problems? Why is that a "problem?" Just make the playoffs shorter and play them!
