Sorry,Don't care to watch Dion Phaneuf either. The Coverboys are nothing to get even remotely excited about.Info on the game on the other hand. You're right though, nobody forced me to view the thread.I just wish 2K could give us some idea when we might get some details on the game.I'm intrigued to hear what VC is doing with this series.

I'm sticking with E3. It's not that big a show anymore, but it's still a trade show and probably the biggest one on the horizon (I don't really know, I haven't checked).

what has ea said that is so ground breaking?
besides, look at the recent developments with madden. they released some potential details. now they are saying it doesnt look like they will make it into the game and people are ****ed
im glad they are worried about working on the game now not selling it.
now if the thing comes out and blows ill go through the roof. but im happy to sit here patiantly and wait to see what the new team can do

You didn't say ground-breaking. You said big. And yes, I'd call the info released so far for 09 is pretty big. Be a Pro is ground-breaking to some, anyway.

well now we are splitting hairs between big and ground breaking
my point is.... around e3, the developers on new games tend to get tight lipped, saving their splash for the event
also. 2k is a new game this year basically. i think generally developers are more tight lipped about new games.
i want details as much as the next guy.

The EA Online leauge combined with Be a Pro Mode is groundbreaking. Will 09 be pefect though? Not a chance.... will 2k9 be perfect? hardly.
But we should all realize/hope that we have 2 great hockey games ahead of us .
