I'm new to this board but after reading some of the forums on create a player attributes I'm still confused on the topic.. Do you get 560 points to start off and then add on in career mode? Or do you start out with pretty much nothing and build from there? Sorry if this has been asked before.
I mean I figure you just start with almost nothing and have to win or train and build points to the 560 mark but I did hope it would be possible to have a created character better than Federer eventually but I guess not?

No you start with 300 Experience-Points and then you have to earn the Rest in the Career.
That's what Gamespot said.
Gamespot says:
Your player starts with 300 attribute points total, and as you go, you'll be able to max him or her out with a total of 560 points. In addition to earning experience points, you'll earn unlock points that you can spend on new clothing items, accessories, and equipment.

Believe me you can create a Character which is more effective than Federer. You just can't create a Character with a better overall Score, because the overall Score from every created Char is 70 if you max him out to 560 Points. ;)
You just have to be smart with your Experiencepoints and you will have a great Character with that you can beat every Pro in the Game. :)

Thanks for the reply guys, well I guess I see how you can make a player to your liking but a 70 is a 70 and a 75 is better than a 70, I'm not complainin its not a huge deal to me anyway I'm just sayin how can a 70 overall be better than a 75? It can't...
But anyway the create a player still looks awesome and I can't wait to start it!

Of course the overall Score from your created Char can't be better than Federer's for example but the specific Creation and spread of the E-Points is it what can make you so strong. I mean no Pro has a 90 E-Points Fore- and Backhand for example. I guess you understand what I mean and you will at the latest understand what I mean so soon you play it the first month. ;)
